Welcome to our blog!
OK, so I just finished week 1 of the Belly Fat Cure and I lost 2.8 pounds! I am very happy about this. John started a few days after me, so no weigh in for him yet. My current weight loss goal is to get down to 175 lbs, and then re-assess from there. So I have 58 lbs to lose.
