Week 3 weigh in

Well, end of week 3 and I'm down 2.4 lbs - woo hoo! That makes a total of 4.2 lbs lost. John is down 1.6 lbs for the week.

So far this has been very easy - we really like the food we are eating and are not hungry. We are actually amazed at how not hungry we are.

Work on the Belly Fat App is progressing - we will be looking for Beta testers soon!

  1. John & Barb, Congratulations on your success. Today is day 12 for me. I've lost a total of 7 lbs. I started at 189.9 and today was 182.9. I find this way of eating so easy. We had 35 people at my house for a large business event. I only had steak, shrimp, salad & 1/2 of a baked potatoe. I didn't even look at any of the desserts (although I did eat a piece of dark chocolate as a reward for me before bed.) I would love to test your belly fat app when it's completed. Also I am still looking forward to trying your bbq sauce. Just haven't made it to whole foods for the ketchup & syrup (too busy planning the business reception). Good luck! Keep posting!

    Congrats back at you on your weight loss, 7 lbs in 12 days, that's amazing!

    We are having family coming to visit next week and so we are planning menus to help keep us on track. We have become a big fan of turkey burgers on OneBun buns. I actually like the small buns better than the big ones.

    I will let you know when we are ready for beta testers!
